Level 2 Certificate For The Children & Young People’s Workforce Course overview: This qualification is designed for those working with children & young people in care or education settings. Learners undertaking this qualification will be working with children and young people from birth to 19 years of age. It assesses both knowledge and competence that can be applied across the sector. Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) Course overview: This qualification is designed for those working with children in early learning & childcare settings. Learners undertaking this qualification will be working with children from birth to 5 years of age. Level 5 Leadership Health and Social Care and Childcare Course overview: This qualification is designed to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services.
